Return & Exchange Policy

At DIY500AMP.COM, we care about your satisfaction and want to make sure you’re happy with your order. However, due to the nature of some of our products, certain items are non-returnable. Please read the full policy carefully.

🔋 Battery Cells – Non-Returnable

Due to the sensitive and hazardous nature of lithium-ion cells, individual battery cells are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

We only accept returns for unopened factory boxes, under the following conditions:

• The shipping box must remain sealed and unopened

• The cells inside must be unused and in original factory packaging

If the shipping box is opened, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for the cells, regardless of condition.

✅ What’s Covered

We accept returns or exchanges for other products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• You must report the issue within 14 days of delivery

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

🔁 Exchanges

• If the item is defective and still in stock, we will send a replacement unit

• If not available, we may issue a store credit or refund

📦 Return Shipping & Method

• All returns are processed by mail only

• A prepaid return label will be provided for approved defective items

• Return shipping is free for defective items

❌ What’s Not Covered

• Returns for change of mind or wrong item ordered

• Opened shipments of battery cells or custom battery packs

• Items marked as final sale

• Products showing signs of use, modification, or installation

   • Your order number

   • Clear photos of the issue

   • A short description of the problem
