Returns & Exchanges Policy

Accessories and non-battery products

Unused chargers, cases, wraps, connectors, and similar non-battery accessories may be returned within 14 days after delivery when they are in their original condition and packaging. Approved refunds exclude return shipping and any non-refundable carrier charges.

Battery cells

All battery-cell sales are final. For safety and traceability, shipped lithium-ion cells cannot be restocked or resold. Verified items that arrive damaged or dead on arrival are handled under the process below.

Damaged or dead-on-arrival items

Contact support@diy500amp.com within 5 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the problem.

Battery-cell claims must meet all of these conditions:

• Batch or serial markings match our fulfillment records.
• The cells are unused and have not been welded, soldered, rewrapped, charged, or installed.
• The original packaging and shipping materials are retained for inspection.

Do not mail an item back until DIY500AMP issues return instructions or an RMA. After the item is received, inspected, and confirmed eligible, we will provide the approved replacement or refund resolution.
