Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns (Chargers, Cases, Wraps, and Similar Accessories)
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
A full refund will be issued minus return shipping costs.
Battery Items (Cells)
All battery sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for batteries as they are consumable and not easily re-sellable.
Damaged or Defective (Non-Battery) Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
Include your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item.
We will handle each case individually and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Defective Battery Cells (Dead-on-Arrival)
If you receive a battery that is completely dead and will not charge (DOA), please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify for DOA replacement:
- Batch/serial numbers must match our warehouse records.
- Batteries must be new and unused.
- Original packaging must be included.
After verification, we will issue an RMA for return. Once the items are received, tested, and confirmed DOA, a replacement order will be issued at no cost.
Note: The DOA return window is 5 days from delivery. After this period, we cannot accept DOA returns.
