By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the exact address entered by the customer at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their shipping address, including apartment, suite, or unit number, is complete and accurate before submitting an order.

DIY500AMP LLC is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Missing apartment, suite, or unit information

Carrier address validation errors

Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages

Packages marked by the carrier as insufficient address

If a package is returned to sender due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, the order will not be considered lost or undelivered by the merchant. Once the package is received back at our facility, the customer may request either:

Reshipment at the customer’s expense

A refund minus original shipping costs and any return shipping or carrier fees incurred

Shipping carriers operate independently from DIY500AMP LLC. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier. Proof of carrier acceptance and tracking confirmation constitutes fulfillment of the merchant’s shipping obligation.

Returns

Due to the nature of lithium-ion battery products, most sales are final. Batteries and related safety-critical products are not eligible for returns once shipped, except as outlined below for verified damaged or dead-on-arrival (DOA) items.

Non-battery accessories may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

Damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If you receive an item damaged during transit or DOA, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

DOA Conditions for Return:

Batch/Serial numbers must match our inventory records

Products must be unused and show no signs of wear

Original packaging must be included

Contact our support team at support@diy500amp.com or call 561-815-4886 to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Once received, inspected, and verified, replacements will be issued at no additional product cost.

Typographical Errors

In the event of a pricing error, DIY500AMP.COM reserves the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price. If payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
