DIY500AMP.COM, operated by DIY500AMP LLC (“DIY500AMP.COM”, “we”, or “our”), has created, controls, and publishes this website (the “Site”).
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.
RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION AND FUTURE ORDERS
We welcome questions, disagreements, and honest feedback. We ask customers and our staff to communicate respectfully.
Subject to applicable law, DIY500AMP.COM reserves the right to decline new orders, restrict purchasing access, or end a future business relationship for legitimate business reasons, including threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, other abusive conduct directed at our staff, reasonably suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions, material violations of these terms, or legal and product-safety restrictions.
We apply this policy based on conduct and transaction circumstances, not on any characteristic protected by applicable law. We will comply with applicable nondiscrimination and reasonable-accommodation requirements.
A negative review, disagreement, good-faith complaint, refund or warranty request, good-faith payment dispute, or report to a regulator is not, by itself, grounds for a purchasing restriction. We do not require customers to change or remove an honest review as a condition of receiving a remedy they are entitled to.
A restriction on future purchases does not cancel existing refund commitments, warranties, or other obligations for prior orders. If we cancel an unfulfilled order where legally permitted, we will notify the customer and promptly refund amounts paid for the canceled goods, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, as required by law. We do not retain payments as a penalty for abusive conduct.
For an existing order or refund, contact support@diy500amp.com. We may move an abusive exchange to a designated written support channel while continuing communications needed to meet our existing obligations.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer remedy, warranty, liability, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights or commitments attached to earlier purchases.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the exact address entered by the customer at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their shipping address, including apartment, suite, or unit number, is complete and accurate before submitting an order.
DIY500AMP LLC is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Missing apartment, suite, or unit information
Carrier address validation errors
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages
Packages marked by the carrier as insufficient address
If a package is returned to sender due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, the order will not be considered lost or undelivered by the merchant. Once the package is received back at our facility, the customer may request either:
Reshipment at the customer’s expense
or
A refund minus original shipping costs and any return shipping or carrier fees incurred
Shipping carriers operate independently from DIY500AMP LLC. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier. Proof of carrier acceptance and tracking confirmation constitutes fulfillment of the merchant’s shipping obligation.
Returns and damaged or defective products
Eligible unused non-battery accessories may be returned within 14 days after delivery when they are in their original condition and packaging. Battery-cell sales are final for change-of-mind returns. Please report damaged or dead-on-arrival items within 5 calendar days so we can help promptly. These reporting periods and inspection conditions do not limit remedies required by applicable law or rights under an applicable warranty.

By purchasing products, you acknowledge the potential dangers of handling lithium-ion batteries. DIY500AMP.COM is not responsible for any damages arising from the misuse or improper handling of batteries, including but not limited to fires, personal injury, or property damage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIY500AMP LLC's liability is limited to the price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Typographical Errors
In the event of a pricing error, DIY500AMP.COM reserves the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price. If payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
Modification of Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and update date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law, and do not remove rights or commitments attached to earlier purchases.
