Returns
All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any product, regardless of its condition upon return. Batteries and related products are sensitive and safety-critical; therefore, all orders are final. Please contact us before making a purchase if you have questions about our products.
Damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If you receive an item damaged during transit or DOA, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
DOA Conditions for Return:
- Batch/Serial numbers must match our inventory records.
- Products must be unused and show no signs of wear.
- Original packaging must be included.
Contact our support team at support@diy500amp.com or call 561-815-4886 to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Once received and verified, replacements will be issued free of charge.
