Fast Fulfillment and Cancellation Policy
Due to our commitment to fast shipping, orders are often processed and shipped the same day they are placed. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or returned.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@diy500amp.com immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, cancellations or modifications can only be made if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
Conditions for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The goods were purchased within the last 7 days from the date you received them.
- The goods are in their original, unused condition.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
- The order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items that deteriorate quickly or are expired.
- Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons.
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.
Returning Goods
The cost and risk of returning goods are the customer's responsibility. To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

DIY500AMP.COM is not responsible for goods lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds will not be issued without proof of delivery or receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items that meet our return conditions. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and you will receive the funds within 14 business days.
Gifts
If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be emailed to you once the return is processed.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
