Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
DIY500AMP LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
This includes:

Correct street number and name

Apartment, suite, or unit number

Correct city, state, and ZIP code
Orders are shipped exactly as entered by the customer. We do not modify or correct addresses unless requested before shipment.
If a package is returned to sender due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Missing apartment or unit number

Insufficient address

Refused delivery

Failure to claim package
The order will not be considered lost or undelivered by the merchant.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to our warehouse, customers may choose one of the following:

Reshipment at the customer’s expense

Refund minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier
Refunds will only be issued after the returned package is physically received and inspected.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered, but the customer claims non-receipt, the customer must contact their local post office first.
DIY500AMP LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
We recommend using a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation if additional protection is desired.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier. Carrier tracking confirmation constitutes proof of shipment and fulfillment of our shipping obligation.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may be included or available depending on the service selected. Claims for insured packages must be processed according to the carrier’s procedures.
