Description
Pre-punched 0.20mm T2 pure copper strip for high-performance cylindrical lithium-ion battery pack assembly. Choose the cell size, pack spacing, and continuous strip length required for your build.
This is bare T2 copper, not nickel-plated steel. The repeating 2P pattern helps align parallel cell connections while maintaining a continuous copper current path.

Welding guidance
Pure copper conducts heat and current far more readily than nickel-plated steel and requires suitable welding equipment and a validated process. Confirm that your spot welder can weld 0.20mm copper. A copper-nickel sandwich process may be appropriate when direct copper welding is outside the capability of the machine.
Battery-building safety
For experienced battery builders. Confirm cell alignment, insulation, conductor sizing, fusing, BMS protection, current sharing, and thermal management before assembly. Avoid prolonged heat at cell terminals and validate every weld with destructive sample tests and peel tests before building a pack.

Wow, these cells are great!
I purchased some of these tabless cells to try on my 1S 3" HD Toothpick drone build, and, albeit a bit heavy for 1S, it flies pretty well. Not a freestyle monster, but an endurance beast with decent send. These cells shrug off the demands of a BETAFPV Matrix HD AIO flight controller/12A ESC and some 1202.5 11000KV motors. I'm getting 15+ minutes of speedy flight time from a single cell trying not to go below 3.2V, and about 20+ minutes cruising. Love these cells and will definitely buy more when time comes, only from DIY500AMP, who are terrific!
