The Ampace JP30P1 18650 3000mAh is a high-power lithium-ion cell built for demanding applications where strong current delivery, compact size, and thermal control matter. With a 36A continuous discharge rating without 80°C temperature cut and 56A continuous discharge with 80°C temperature cut, this cell is well suited for cordless power tools, high-drain battery packs, and other performance-focused builds.
This cell offers 3000mAh nominal discharge capacity (minimum 2900mAh), 3.68V nominal voltage, and 140A pulse discharge for 5 seconds at 25°C. It is positioned as a next-generation high-power 18650 cell with improved output, fast-charge capability, and strong cycle-life performance.
According to the specification sheet, the JP30P1 also delivers cycle-life targets of ≥600 cycles at 6A charge / 20A discharge, ≥400 cycles at 6A / 30A, and ≥300 cycles at 9A / 30A, while maintaining ≤5mΩ initial impedance and a compact 18.56mm × 65.23mm max form factor.

I purchased some of these tabless cells to try on my 1S 3" HD Toothpick drone build, and, albeit a bit heavy for 1S, it flies pretty well. Not a freestyle monster, but an endurance beast with decent send. These cells shrug off the demands of a BETAFPV Matrix HD AIO flight controller/12A ESC and some 1202.5 11000KV motors. I'm getting 15+ minutes of speedy flight time from a single cell trying not to go below 3.2V, and about 20+ minutes cruising. Love these cells and will definitely buy more when time comes, only from DIY500AMP, who are terrific!
