2S1P 21700 DIY Copper + Stainless Steel Busbar Kit
Build a 2S1P 21700 layout using matched cell holders and slotted copper busbars with a stainless-steel welding layer over the copper. This is a loose-parts DIY kit; 21700 cells are not included.

The stainless-steel top layer provides a spot-weldable, corrosion-resistant contact surface. Copper thickness may vary from 0.2 to 0.3 mm by kit option; the supplied gauge is confirmed with the quote. The centered slit in both metal layers is designed at 0.8 × 7 mm.
Estimated assembled body: 46.4 × 25.9 × 72 mm, excluding leads, balance connector, cover, cushioning, and shipping box.

Charging and protection: The JST balance connector is for use with a compatible smart charger only; it is not a battery management system (BMS). No BMS is included. Use suitable external protection, fusing, insulation, and thermal management for the chosen cells and application. Follow the selected cell manufacturer's data sheet for charging and operating limits.
