6S2P 21700 Battery Kit – Copper/Nickel Sandwich with Custom Lightweight Tray

This 6S2P battery kit is designed for serious performance in RC applications, especially lightweight RC airplanes. It includes precision laser-cut copper busbars designed for high-current battery builds.

Each copper part is laser cut for precision and consistency, helping you achieve a cleaner fit, better alignment, and a more professional final result during assembly.

Instead of traditional nickel strip, this kit includes 0.2mm stainless steel welding circles. These are intended to be placed between the copper busbar and the cell terminal, making the busbar much easier to weld while still allowing you to build a strong high-current pack.

The kit also includes the custom lightweight battery trays for this configuration, along with the 6S JST balance cable with 7 pins, making it easier to build a reliable and compact high-performance battery pack.

Just add the 21700 cells of your choice.

Recommended cells by variant:

• 0.2mm copper standard kit: EVE 40PL, Ampace JP40, and other similar high-discharge cells
• 0.3mm copper variant: TENPOWER 50XG, Ampace JP50P1, EVE 50PL, Reliance RS50, and other similar high-discharge cells

⚠️ Important: This kit is not pre-welded. All parts must be assembled and welded by the builder. A capable spot welder is required. The standard kit includes 0.2mm copper with 12 AWG cable, while the upgraded variant includes 0.3mm copper with 10 AWG cable and requires even more welding power.
