7S1P 21700 Tabless Drone / EDF Jet Battery Pack - 0.3mm Copper High-Performance
This custom-built 7S1P lithium-ion battery pack is assembled in-house by DIY500AMP for drones, EDF jets, RC aircraft, and compact high-power projects where low resistance and clean construction matter.
This is not a basic Li-ion pack. Every option uses premium 21700 cells, 0.3mm T2 copper internal construction, and an in-house build focused on serious RC and drone use.
Why This Pack Is Different

- 0.3mm T2 copper current path: selected as the standard for maximum internal conductivity.

Configuration
- Series / Parallel: 7S1P (7 cells)
- Physical layout: Two staggered honeycomb rows: four cells in one row and three in the other (4+3).
- Nominal voltage estimate: 25.2V (using a 3.6V-per-cell calculation; the manufacturer's nominal voltage varies by cell model)
- Full charge voltage: 29.4V
- Discharge protection: Follow the selected cell manufacturer's data sheet and configure suitable BMS or controller protection for the pack. Monitor individual cell-group voltage; pack voltage alone does not establish a safe low-voltage cutoff.
- Interconnect: 0.3mm T2 copper
- Output leads: 10 AWG or 12 AWG silicone wire

Cable Gauge

XT90 connector installed: +$7 per pack. XT60 connector installed: +$5 per pack (12 AWG cables required). Select one connector option above, or leave both unchecked for bare output leads.

Wow, these cells are great!
I purchased some of these tabless cells to try on my 1S 3" HD Toothpick drone build, and, albeit a bit heavy for 1S, it flies pretty well. Not a freestyle monster, but an endurance beast with decent send. These cells shrug off the demands of a BETAFPV Matrix HD AIO flight controller/12A ESC and some 1202.5 11000KV motors. I'm getting 15+ minutes of speedy flight time from a single cell trying not to go below 3.2V, and about 20+ minutes cruising. Love these cells and will definitely buy more when time comes, only from DIY500AMP, who are terrific!
