Doesn't take much on the cell, but was able to have a good weld with my spot welder at half output. Welder is a SeeSii Dual Farand. Goes up to 25 gear and had it set to 12 gear to weld the 0.1 mm nickel plated steel to 0.15 mm x 10 mm copper "sandwich". Smokes but works!

Is amazing stuff saved my but for a job the bussbar I was trying to reuse was way to thick for my spot welder so I orderd this and wish I woulda bought some when they was 18$ better get it while u can iv looked its hard to find in us

I can weld 0.2mm copper under 0.1mm Stainless using Gear 550 of My AwithZp20B welder, without the Flux, and gear 320 using the Flux.
Weld consistency is greatly improved as well.
If you fear your welder is not powerful enough , the flux might bring it within range for the strip thickness you desire, Get a tube of this first.
It is not a huge time adder to pack building either.

Wow, these cells are great!
I purchased some of these tabless cells to try on my 1S 3" HD Toothpick drone build, and, albeit a bit heavy for 1S, it flies pretty well. Not a freestyle monster, but an endurance beast with decent send. These cells shrug off the demands of a BETAFPV Matrix HD AIO flight controller/12A ESC and some 1202.5 11000KV motors. I'm getting 15+ minutes of speedy flight time from a single cell trying not to go below 3.2V, and about 20+ minutes cruising. Love these cells and will definitely buy more when time comes, only from DIY500AMP, who are terrific!
