The Samsung SDI INR21700-50G (Ver. B) is a 21700 lithium-ion rechargeable cell designed for battery-pack applications that need high capacity, solid energy density, and moderate continuous current capability.

Samsung specifies minimum 4,900mAh standard discharge capacity, 3.63V nominal voltage, and up to 14.7A continuous discharge at -20°C to 30°C, with 9.8A continuous discharge specified at 31°C to 60°C.

The Ver. B specification uses CC-CV charging to 4.20V, calls for 2,450mA standard charge current, and emphasizes proper pack protection, cell monitoring, and welded connections instead of direct soldering.
