For battery cells, review the product description for real-world current recommendations, testing notes, and application guidance. Manufacturer maximum ratings should be treated as limits, not the best target for long-term pack health.
Description
DIY500AMP.COM BUILDER COMPONENT
Built for the Milwaukee M18 FORGE 8.0Ah Battery Case
Complete six-piece copper-nickel busbar set for the 10-cell 21700 layout
Build or rebuild a compatible Milwaukee M18 FORGE 8.0Ah battery case with a precision-formed connector set designed for its 10-cell 21700 configuration. The composite construction combines a high-conductivity copper path with nickel welding surfaces, providing an easier connection point for properly equipped spot welders.
IMPORTANT FITMENT
Designed specifically for the 10-cell 21700 Milwaukee M18 FORGE 8.0Ah-style battery case. This busbar set is not compatible with the standard M18 6Ah case that uses 18650 cells.
BUSBAR SET ONLY
The Milwaukee M18 FORGE 8.0Ah battery case is not included. Battery cells, PCB/BMS, terminals, wiring, insulation, charger, hardware, tools, and completed battery pack are also not included. Any case or battery assembly shown in the images is for fitment and installation reference only.
Need the Matching M18 Battery Case?
The battery case is sold separately. Choose the 21700 / 8Ah FORGE-style option. Do not select the 18650 / 6Ah option.

Confirm Fitment Before Ordering
Battery housings and aftermarket cases can vary. Compare the connector shapes shown in the product images and verify the 23 mm cell spacing, polarity, terminal positions, PCB/BMS connections, and housing clearance against your exact case before welding. Modification may be required if your case layout differs.
Installation and Safety
- Test-fit all six connectors before making any welds.
- Confirm cell orientation, polarity, and every series connection.
- Use fish-paper rings and suitable electrical insulation throughout the pack.
- Use equipment and settings appropriate for copper-nickel composite material.
- Do not exceed the safe limits of the cells, PCB/BMS, terminals, welds, wiring, or complete battery assembly.
Current-rating notice: The 300A figure is the supplier's advertised capability for the 0.3 mm copper version. It is not a guaranteed continuous-current rating and has not been independently verified by DIY500AMP.COM. Actual performance depends on connection geometry, weld quality, duty cycle, temperature, cooling, voltage drop, and the complete pack design.
