2S1P 21700 Custom-Built Battery Pack

A custom-assembled 2S1P pack built from the corresponding DIY500AMP 21700 copper and stainless-steel busbar kit. The quoted build includes the selected 21700 cells, top and bottom cell holders, copper interconnects with a slotted stainless-steel welding layer, a JST balance lead, clear PVC cover, and printed orientation instructions.

Two 6-inch power leads are connected to the front terminal copper busbars; choose 12 AWG or 10 AWG after the application is reviewed. The output leads have bare ends; an output connector is not included.

The stainless-steel top layer provides a spot-weldable, corrosion-resistant contact surface. Copper thickness may vary from 0.2 to 0.3 mm by build option; the final gauge is confirmed in the quote. The centered slit in both metal layers is designed at 0.8 × 7 mm.

Estimated pack body: 46.4 × 25.9 × 72 mm, excluding leads, balance connector, cover, cushioning, and shipping box.

Estimated finished-pack mass: 164–210 g, depending on selected cell and lead gauge; engineering estimate, not a measured shipment weight.

Rendered example: The illustrations show the supplied holder family and proposed metal layout. Confirm the exact delivered parts and cell polarity before assembly.

Charging and protection: The JST balance connector is for use with a compatible smart charger only; it is not a battery management system (BMS). No BMS is included. Use suitable external protection, fusing, insulation, and thermal management for the chosen cells and application. Follow the selected cell manufacturer's data sheet for charging and operating limits.
