6S2P 21700 Tabless Drone / EDF Jet Battery Pack - 0.2mm / 0.3mm Copper Options
This custom-built 6S2P lithium-ion battery pack is assembled in-house by DIY500AMP for drones, EDF jets, RC aircraft, and high-power projects where voltage stability, current delivery, and clean construction matter.
This is not a basic Li-ion pack. Many common drone Li-ion packs are built with older non-tabless cells and standard nickel strip construction. This pack is positioned higher: premium high-current 21700 cell options, selected 0.2 mm or 0.3 mm T2 copper internal construction, and an in-house build focused on serious drone and EDF jet use.

The selected copper thickness applies to the chosen cell model and cable gauge. Copper thickness alone does not establish a finished-pack current rating.
Top premium option: choose LinkData 65P when maximum runtime and premium performance matter most. In 6S2P format, this option gives approximately 13Ah and 281Wh.

Cable Gauge
- 12 AWG: lighter and more flexible.
- 10 AWG: recommended for higher current demand, aggressive throttle, and EDF jet setups.
Actual usable capacity depends on current draw, cutoff voltage, temperature, airflow, and the application.
TENPOWER 60XG Current and Protection Guidance
The manufacturer's cell specification lists 40A continuous per cell and 60A per cell only with a 75°C temperature cutoff. These are cell limits under stated conditions, not finished-pack ratings or recommended long-term operating targets. A finished-pack current rating cannot be established by simply multiplying cell limits.
Validate current sharing, welds, copper geometry, leads, connectors, fusing, BMS or system protection, and cooling under the actual load and duty cycle. Maintain current and thermal headroom. The 60A cell condition requires temperature monitoring and cutoff.
60XG cutoff guidance: the 15.0V value listed above is the sum of the six cells' 2.5V discharge limits, not a recommended routine flight endpoint for this option. Use an earlier operating cutoff appropriate to the application and monitor individual series-group voltages. Use a compatible 6S lithium-ion balance charger and appropriate overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and thermal protection; a balance lead does not provide these protections.

Orders ship from Florida when inventory is available. Lithium-ion cells require proper handling, protected packs, correct chargers, and safe storage. Do not solder directly to battery terminals.

Wow, these cells are great!
I purchased some of these tabless cells to try on my 1S 3" HD Toothpick drone build, and, albeit a bit heavy for 1S, it flies pretty well. Not a freestyle monster, but an endurance beast with decent send. These cells shrug off the demands of a BETAFPV Matrix HD AIO flight controller/12A ESC and some 1202.5 11000KV motors. I'm getting 15+ minutes of speedy flight time from a single cell trying not to go below 3.2V, and about 20+ minutes cruising. Love these cells and will definitely buy more when time comes, only from DIY500AMP, who are terrific!
