This 6S2P custom battery pack is built using premium 21700 lithium-ion cells, carefully selected for high-current applications. Each variant uses a different cell type, allowing you to choose the right balance of power, capacity, and budget for your specific build.

This is not a generic pack. It is designed for serious performance applications where voltage stability, current delivery, and reliability matter.

Recommended options: Ampace JP50P1 or TENPOWER 50XG with 0.3mm copper for maximum performance.

Copper Options (Important)

The copper thickness you choose directly affects current handling, resistance, heat, and overall performance of the pack.

Copper 0.2mm (High Performance)

  • Excellent balance between performance, weight, and cost
  • Lower resistance than nickel-based builds
  • Suitable for most high-power applications
  • Built using 12 AWG silicone wire leads

Copper 0.3mm (Extreme Performance)

  • Maximum current capability with lower resistance
  • Reduced voltage sag under heavy load
  • Improved thermal performance during aggressive bursts
  • Built using 10 AWG silicone wire leads

Why the 0.3mm option costs more:

  • Thicker copper material has a higher cost
  • More demanding welding process requiring higher energy
  • Use of specialized copper welding flux to ensure proper weld quality
  • Significantly increases spot welder tip wear, requiring more frequent replacement
  • Additional labor and setup time to ensure consistent and reliable welds

If your application involves aggressive throttle, high burst current, or demanding setups such as EDF jets or performance builds, the 0.3mm copper option is recommended.
