Confirm Fitment Before Ordering

Aftermarket battery housings can vary. Compare the six connector shapes shown in the product images and verify the 23 mm cell spacing, polarity, terminal positions, PCB/BMS connections, and housing clearance against your exact case before welding. Modification may be required if your case layout differs.

The matching M18 FORGE 8Ah-style 21700 battery case is sold separately. Select the 21700 / 8Ah FORGE-style option, not the 18650 / 6Ah option.

Installation and Safety

  • Test-fit all six connectors before making any welds.
  • Confirm cell orientation, polarity, and every series connection.
  • Use fish-paper rings and suitable electrical insulation throughout the pack.
  • Use welding equipment and settings appropriate for copper-nickel composite material.
  • Do not exceed the safe limits of the cells, PCB/BMS, terminals, welds, wiring, or complete battery assembly.

Supplier Current Rating

WELLGO advertises up to 300A capability for this 0.3 mm copper version. This supplier figure has not been independently verified by DIY500AMP.COM and is not a guaranteed continuous-current rating. Actual performance depends on connection geometry, weld quality, duty cycle, temperature, cooling, voltage drop, and the complete pack design.

Third-party component: This product is not manufactured, sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by Milwaukee Tool. Milwaukee, M18, and FORGE are trademarks of their respective owner. Product images are original illustrative renders based on the supplier's geometry.

For battery cells, review the product description for real-world current recommendations, testing notes, and application guidance. Manufacturer maximum ratings should be treated as limits, not the best target for long-term pack health.

Orders ship from Florida when inventory is available. Lithium-ion cells require proper handling, protected packs, correct chargers, and safe storage. Do not solder directly to battery terminals.
